Changi Airport Group (CAG), known as the ‘Innovator of Experience’, asked us to bring this title to life at its exhibition stand at the Singapore Airshow. From its adoption of innovative tech to creating a butterfly garden, customer experience is at the heart of CAG. We wanted to highlight this and create an experience that showcased Changi Airport as a destination in itself. Using interactive projection walls, we delivered key information about the group in a memorable way. And an interactive trampoline game took players on an adventure through the airport, which was captured with a shareable, personalised 360° GIF.
