I started my first business when I was just 9 years old. Entrepreneurism has just always run in my blood. In the ’90s I founded Because, and today we’re a thriving, global creative experiences group. These days I focus my energy on mentoring the leadership team at Because with the belief that great things can happen when we work together with a common purpose.  
I’m an award-winning marketer and event producer. I’ve produced some of the largest events and activations for the biggest brands in New Zealand. I’m passionate about brands engaging with their consumers and stakeholders through magical experiences, with seamless delivery. 
I have 20+ years industry experience across the UK, USA, UAE and Australia, creating award-winning, global, brand experiences for many of the world’s top brands. I’m deeply passionate about ED&I, the relationship between mental health and agency culture, and only ever doing great work with great people (and having fun whilst doing it). I’m well known for my loud laugh. 
I am a hybrid business lead, strategist and creative thinker. My career started in NZ working in radio. I then moved to London and joined the experiential marketing industry. 10 years later, in 2010, I founded Because Australia. My focus is all about creative ideas that deliver measurable value for our clients. I love nothing better than connecting talented people, because that’s where the magic lies, with people. 
Strategic marketing professional, author and entrepreneur with 20+ years’ experience across a range of segments and channels. I’m passionate about helping brands connect, not just in the ‘real world’ but, more recently, how they can use creative technologies building truly authentic, long-term, data driven and personalised relationships in today’s digital age. 
Ambitious achiever and avid traveller, I have over 15 years’ experience across the Australian, UAE and North American markets. My passion lies in true collaboration with brands and partners to break boundaries and deliver holistic, innovative and meaningful experiences, both on and offline. 
With nearly 30 years of marketing experience, both client and agency side, I’ve acquired a rare perspective on brands and business: I believe you have to challenge things creatively if you want to grow sales. Consumer technology is reshaping our world, and it’s only the great brands that stay on the crest.

I have over 17 years of experience in delivering award-winning campaigns across a multitude of sectors in New York, London and Singapore. I love to find solutions for clients using a blend of innovative new technologies such as Virtual Asset Tokens (VATS), and live experiences, to achieve the client’s goals and make a lasting difference.
